Conversation Analysis — Chronological Master Index
Classification
- Historical: discussions before dismissal. They were not created for the tribunal but may corroborate or explain evidence later used in the case.
- Day 0: the conversation beginning when Rik returned home and reported that he had been dismissed.
- Contributory: discussions after Day 0 that directly helped analyse, prepare, evidence or manage the tribunal case.
Each task document contains an Introduction, Result, Category and the relevant dated conversation. Related chats have been merged where they performed the same piece of work.

Coverage and integrity
- All 48 tribunal-related source conversations have been assigned to the task documents above.
- One long source conversation was divided at the point where evidence organisation became substantive rebuttal work; no task-relevant messages were lost between the two documents.
- The two pre-dismissal discussions about manager gaslighting and workplace triggers were merged into one Historical document.
- Private extraction metadata, conversation UUIDs, source JSON names and batch references have been removed from the publication documents.
- The 48 verbatim Markdown source files remain private in
MD Chats. - The original archive remains the private source layer.
